Calendar, rates & availability

Calendar shows every unit and every night in one grid, with bookings, blocks and prices. Prices and availability you set here are sent to every connected channel.

Views

• All units — three weeks at a time, one row per unit.
• One unit — a month at a time.

Use Show in the calendar to choose what each night displays. Prices can be shown as your price or as the price after a channel's markup.

Change prices and availability for some nights

1. Click the first night, then the last night of the range.
2. In the panel that opens, set any of:
   • Price for those nights
   • Min stay
   • Open or Blocked
   • Whether guests can check in or check out on those days
3. To change only weekends or only weekdays inside the range, filter to Fri–Sat or Sun–Thu.
4. Choose Apply. The change is sent to every channel the unit is connected to.

Prices and rules

Open Calendar → Prices and rules to set a unit's standing prices:

• Nightly price, with separate Sun–Thu and Fri–Sat prices
• Extra guest and Cleaning fees
• Seasons — date ranges with their own prices

Discounts

Discount	Applies when	Range
Length of stay	The stay is at least a number of nights	2–730 nights
Early bird	The booking is made far enough ahead	1–12 months
Last minute	The booking is made close to arrival	1–28 days

Each discount can be 1–99% off. Fees and discounts are sent to Airbnb; other channels keep their own. Airbnb promotions can be switched on or off from the same page.

Price history

Every change is kept in Price history. Compare any earlier version with today's, and Restore it if you need to go back.
