Try it

1. Find the task whose action has been completed.
2. Use Complete task beside that task.
3. Select Completed and check the task’s state.
4. Complete work after it happens. Completing a task does not move the lead’s pipeline stage.

The task's state changes, so you can focus on what is still open. Complete it after the action has happened, rather than just after reading it.
