Review prices before starting channel sync

Channels · 45 seconds · Admins

Review the exact channel, dates, rates and stay rules before explicitly queuing a send.

English narration and visible captions. The tutorial uses fictional people, properties and records in a demo agency. Actions shown in the demo are simulated.

Try it

  1. Open Listings → Channels → Booking.com, check the property and choose Review connection. Start from Connected · Sync inactive.
  2. Choose Sync prices. Check the exact channel, dates, currency and nightly prices.
  3. Open Show diff and review rates, minimum stay and closed nights. The previous values are a stored snapshot, with its capture time; missing values are unavailable.
  4. The example reviews a rate change from ฿4,500 to ฿5,000 for 12–18 October. Booked nights stay closed. Check your own dates and values before sending.
  5. Acknowledge that you want to send these prices, rules and availability, then choose Sync prices.
  6. Read the result. Queued means delivery is pending. Check the eventual delivery and channel state before assuming the channel has updated. The first successful price sync can open eligible nights on the connected calendar.
