English narration and visible captions. The tutorial uses fictional people, properties and records in a demo agency. Actions shown in the demo are simulated.
Try it
- As an admin, open Call plans → Create call plan. Give the plan a name, check the working dates and set the default target per person per day. The example uses 12–16 October, five working days, and 1 call.
- Choose Create Draft. In Calling Lists, choose Add from Contacts or Leads.
- Choose Contacts → Next: Build Filter, then select the Rental follow-up tag under Tags.
- Choose Preview Results. Check the usable numbers, skipped records, duplicate counts and names. Fix unsuitable numbers or filters before importing.
- Name the list and choose Confirm Import. The example adds ten new phone numbers. The plan stays a Draft until its remaining setup is complete and published.
