Owner statements

For each month, Propool totals what each property earned, deducts its costs and fees, and prepares a statement for each owner. Only admins can run statements. Open Teams → Owner access and choose Statements, or search for Open Statement Runs. The page is called Owner statements.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
ProvisionalThe period is still open; figures can change
IssuedSent to the owner and locked
PaidThe payout has been made

Close the month

  1. Open the period in Owner statements.
  2. Check the review flags. Propool highlights statements that need a second look:
    • Negative payout — costs are higher than income
    • No earnings ledger or No income lines — nothing has been recorded for the property
    • Large swing — very different from the previous period
  3. Use Preview as the owner sees it to check exactly what the owner will get.
  4. Choose Issue statements.

Issued statements can't be edited

Once a statement is issued, owners can see it straight away and it's locked, so the number your owner sees is the number that stays there. Make corrections before you issue; after that, corrections go on a later statement.

What the owner sees

Each statement shows gross income, costs & fees, and the net payout. While a period is still open, the owner sees it marked Provisional. See Owner portal for how owners get access.
