Owner portal

Owners get their own sign-in to see their properties, statements and documents — and nothing else in your workspace.

INFO

The owner portal depends on your plan. If it isn't included, the Owner access section in Teams says so.

Invite an owner

Only admins can invite owners or change what they see.

  1. Open Teams and go to Owner access.
  2. Choose Invite owner.
  3. Who — pick the owner's contact. The contact needs an email address.
  4. Which properties — choose the properties they own.
  5. What they can see — any of Earnings, Occupancy, Costs and Documents, and the dates their access starts and ends.
  6. Choose Send invite.

The owner gets an email and creates their sign-in from the link.

You can also turn on Share with owner on a property, under its Property owner field.

What owners see

The portal has four sections: Home, Properties, Statements and Documents, plus the owner's own account settings. Owners see only the properties you've shared with them, and only the information you've allowed.

Sharing documents

Nothing is shared with an owner automatically. To share a contract, invoice or report, open the property, choose Publish a document, then pick the document and the owners who should receive it.
