Allocate, review and publish a call plan ​

Allocate the calls, inspect the assignment matrix, review readiness and explicitly publish.

English narration and visible captions. The tutorial uses fictional people, properties and records in a demo agency. Actions shown in the demo are simulated.

Try it ​

  1. Review the combined Calling list, then continue to Call assignments.
  2. Check the working days, participants, daily targets, capacity and contacts added.
  3. Choose Run Allocation. Review the assignment matrix and Assigned total; the example assigns one call per person per day, ten in total.
  4. Continue to Review and resolve any blockers or warnings.
  5. Choose Publish plan. Read the confirmation: dates, participants, calling lists and allocation will be locked. Acknowledge the setup lock, then choose Publish Plan.
  6. Check Published on the plan. Agents use their Today queue on the plan’s working dates.

After reviewing the Calling list, continue to Call assignments. Check the working days, participants, capacity and contacts added. Choose Run Allocation. Propool assigns the calls across the people and dates. In this example, Maya and Ravi each receive one call per day. Check the matrix and the Assigned total: ten calls. Continue to Review. Check the plan details and resolve any blockers or warnings before publishing. Choose Publish plan and read the confirmation. Publishing locks the dates, participants, calling lists and allocation. Acknowledge that the setup will be locked, then choose Publish Plan. Check the Published status. Your team can now work from the Today queue.
