Owners · 45 seconds · Owners

Open the right property and period, read the income and deductions, and distinguish Issued from Paid.

English narration and visible captions. The tutorial uses fictional people, properties and records in a demo agency. Actions shown in the demo are simulated.

Try it

  1. Sign in as an owner whose agency has shared earnings access, then open Statements.
  2. Check the property, period and currency before opening the matching statement. The demo uses Bay View Villa, September 2026, in THB.
  3. Read Gross income, Costs & fees and Net payout. The example shows THB 120,000, THB 30,000 and THB 90,000.
  4. Read Breakdown for the individual income, management fee and maintenance lines.
  5. Check History and the status. Issued means the statement was finalised; this example has no Paid record. Issuance does not itself confirm payment.
  6. Use the agency contact listed at the bottom for questions about a recorded amount or payment.
