Confirm the property identity and provider prerequisites, review the room and rate mapping and connect.
English narration and visible captions. The tutorial uses fictional people, properties and records in a demo agency. Actions shown in the demo are simulated.
Try it
- Start with an existing Booking.com property and completed provider prerequisites. The demo uses a fictional approved property; it does not connect a real provider account.
- Open Listings → Channels → Booking.com, check the unit, choose Connect existing property, enter the Booking.com property ID and continue.
- Read Before you start and acknowledge completed prerequisites with I’ve done this → Next.
- Review the property, room and rate together. The example has one room and rate, so they are matched automatically. If several are available, choose the correct room and rate before continuing.
- Check Confirm & connect, then choose Connect. Check the result Connected · Sync inactive.
- Review the prices, stay rules and availability before starting outbound sync. A connection alone does not prove that prices have been sent.
Transcript
Open Booking.com under Listings and Channels, and check Bay View Villa. Choose Connect existing property. Enter the property ID from the Booking.com extranet, then Continue. Complete the provider prerequisites before acknowledging Before you start. This example uses a fictional property with the required approval already completed. Review the room type and rate plan that Booking.com returns. Here, the three-bedroom villa matches the Standard flexible rate. Check the property and mapping together before confirming the connection. The result shows Connected, Sync inactive. The connection is ready, but outbound sync has not started. Review the prices and stay rules before choosing to send them.
