Try it

1. Open Leads, then open the pipeline for the enquiry. Choose Add Lead.
2. Choose Tenant for a client who wants to rent. Select the existing contact.
3. In Quick create, enter the budget, property type, preferred area and timeline. This example uses ฿360,000 as the annual budget.
4. Check the starting stage and assigned agent, then choose Create lead.
5. Open the saved record and check its details. A contact identifies the person; the lead records this enquiry.

Emma has asked about renting a two-bedroom condo. Her contact tells us who she is; a lead records the enquiry we need to follow. Open Leads and create a new lead. Choose Tenant because she wants to rent, then link Emma's saved contact. Use the quick form to add the required rental details: her budget, preferred area, property type, and timing. Check the assigned agent, then save. Open the record and confirm the details and starting stage. Emma's enquiry now has a clear place in the pipeline, ready for the team to work on.
