Save the right participants, check capacity and review the combined calling list.

Try it

1. Open the draft plan’s Participants step. Choose the people who will receive calls. The example selects Maya and Ravi.
2. Check each daily target. Two participants at 1 call per working day across 5 working days give capacity for 10 calls.
3. Choose Save participants before continuing to Calling list.
4. Review the combined names and phone numbers. The example has ten valid numbers for ten planned calls.
5. If the available list is too small, add an appropriate calling list or adjust the targets before allocation.

In the draft plan, open Participants. Select the people who will make the calls: Maya and Ravi in this example. Check each daily target. Both use the default of one call. Across five working days, two people need ten calls in total. Choose Save participants before continuing. Open the Calling list and review the names and phone numbers. Here, ten valid numbers cover the ten planned calls. If you have fewer numbers, add another calling list or adjust the targets before assigning the calls.
