Propool is rental management software for property managers in Thailand. It brings Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and direct bookings into one calendar, keeps your prices and availability in step on every channel, and turns each month into an owner statement.

The order we recommend

1. Set up your workspace — create your account and your agency's workspace.
2. Add your units — one draft per property; details, photos and prices can follow.
3. Set prices and availability — nightly prices, weekend prices, minimum stays and seasons.
4. Connect your channels — Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, one unit at a time.
5. Invite your team and, when you're ready, your owners.

Finding your way around

The menu on the left of the app holds everything in your workspace. The ones you will use most for rentals:

Inventory	Your units: details, photos, prices and channel connections
Calendar	Every unit and every night, with prices and blocks
Bookings	Every reservation, whichever channel sent it
Inbox	Guest and customer conversations across channels
Reports	Revenue & occupancy, channels & commission, owner payouts (admins only)

The search bar at the top (⌘ K, or Ctrl K on Windows) finds any record — and can hand your question to Propy.

Try it with demo data first

During a trial, admins see a Trial track card on the dashboard. It asks what you want to evaluate first and suggests the first steps.
