Add and manage listings

Your properties live in Inventory. Each one is a unit: a villa, a condo, an apartment, a townhouse or an office.

Add a unit

  1. In Inventory, choose New.
  2. Fill in the basics: area or district, project or building, unit, size, floor, property type, bedrooms and bathrooms.
  3. Choose Save & set up to carry on with this unit, or Save & add another to add the next one.

A new unit is saved as a draft. The owner, agent, price, photos and documents can be added afterwards, and drafts don't count toward your plan.

Already on Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda?

Use Import instead of typing everything again. Propool walks you through Source → Match → Content → Done, matching each channel listing to a unit. Imported content only fills fields that are empty, so nothing you've already written is overwritten.

The unit page

Open a unit to see its tabs:

TabWhat's there
OverviewStatus, channels and what needs doing
DetailsDescription, rooms, amenities, address and map pin
MoneyBills, receipts and owner statements for the unit
ActivityEverything that has happened to the unit
CommentsNotes for your team
ResearchMarket research

Buttons at the top of the unit open its Calendar, Bookings, Leads and Documents.

Photos

  • The cover photo comes first. Use Arrange photos to change the order, or Set as cover on any photo.
  • Label photos by room so channels can show them in the right place.
  • A unit needs at least 3 photos to publish.

Publishing

Before a unit can go live on a channel, Propool checks that it has bedrooms and bathrooms, at least 3 photos, an address, a map pin and a nightly price. Anything missing is listed on the unit so you can fix it in place. A licence number is recommended but not required.

Statuses

The Inventory list can be filtered by All, Needs attention, Live, Not linked and Archived. Each unit shows where it stands:

StatusMeaning
Not publishedA draft, not on any channel yet
Not linkedPublished, but not connected to a channel
PublishingBeing sent to a channel
LiveOn sale on at least one channel
Needs attentionSomething on a channel needs fixing
Not syncingA channel connection has stopped updating
PausedSales paused by you

Other actions

From a unit's menu you can Pause sales, Duplicate, Archive (and later Restore) or Delete it. Deleting a unit in Propool doesn't remove its listings from Airbnb or other channels — they stay as they are on the channel.

Differences shows any field where a channel's value doesn't match Propool's, so you can decide which one is right.
