Try it ​

  1. Open the lead, then Details. In Preferences, choose Edit section.
  2. Check the area and property type. Record the preferred bedrooms and furnishing.
  3. For Emma, set Pet-friendly required to Yes. Choose Save changes.
  4. In Financials, check the annual budget. ฿30,000 per month × 12 = ฿360,000 per year.
  5. Check the move-in date and review the saved requirements before suggesting a property.

Before suggesting a property, record what makes it suitable. Emma needs two bedrooms in Bang Tao, a furnished condo, and a home that allows her cat. Open Details and edit Preferences. Check the area and property type, then record bedrooms, furnishing, and pet-friendly required. Save. In Financials, check the annual budget: thirty thousand baht a month is three hundred and sixty thousand a year. Check her planned move next month. Save any changes and review the record. These details help your team choose relevant properties and check the client's must-haves before suggesting a viewing.
